Climate change is ever-growing, and the automotive industry recognises the importance of new sustainable technology. The unique Swedish Design, three seated Uniti One with an impressive 186- mile range is available for pre order. Models start from £15,100 (including VAT and a £3,500 government vehicle grant).
The Uniti One can only be configured and ordered online after the ultimate decision was to provide an “over the air” service. Uniti One will not acquire any dealerships, all servicing which is provided by the company will be performed by a group of mobile technicians. The urban designed EV has a unique interior having 1 seat in the front and 2 foldable seats behind. A reasonable 155 litres of boot space is provided in the Uniti One, however with the 2 rear seats folded down capacity increases to 760 litres. The steering wheel has a central position in the pod like design, comparable to an F1 car.
A double touch-screen interface compliments the futuristic design with an impressive feature of accessing the vehicle with just your smartphone and app. Even better the software is IOS & Android compatible. Uniti One comes with 3 colour options which are as followed.
- Scandium
- Titanium
- Graphite.
These colour options are also provided for the aero wheel as well as the vehicle trim along with the optional extra of LED headlamps (£750). Additional extras can be added to the vehicle such as heated seats (£120), comfort seating (£200), audio upgraded speakers (£250), AC fast charging (£3,000).
Models will enter the market in Sweden and the UK first, in mid-2020. A choice of 2 batteries are provided, the standard 12kWh models will have a city friendly range of 93 miles, whilst the upgraded battery of 24kWh is enhanced to a range of 186 miles. If you desire the upgraded battery of 24kWh battery level can range from 20-80% in limited time of 17 minutes on a fast charger.
